1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Health and Social Services.
2.2 The Minister for Health and Social Services agreed to provide additional information on the programme of engagement the Minister and his officials are undertaking as part of the consultation which will inform the Code of Practice.
2.3 The Minister for Health and Social Services also agreed to provide additional information regarding the publication of a GP register for autism and the publication of data on waiting times for children and young people.
3.1 Under Standing Order 17.24A, Dai Lloyd AM, Committee Chair declared an interest as a GP who has paid medical indemnity in the past. He confirmed that there is no specific interest at the moment as indemnity is now resolved on a practice level, and not on a personal level.
3.2 The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Health and Social Services.
3.3 The Minister for Health and Social Services agreed to provide additional information regarding asset transfers.
4.1 Under Standing Order 17.24A, Dai Lloyd AM, Committee Chair declared an interest.
